Artículo CompletoAbstract:
This work shows the results of the validation of an analytic methodology for the simultaneous quantification of Valsartan, Hidroclorotiazida and Compound Related to of Benzotiadiazina in pills recovered by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in normal phase to 265 nm with spectrophotometric detector (detecting of arrangement of diodes), and whose application is in the quality control of this product.
Initially the utilized parameters for the validation presented some inconveniences during the linearity tests, since it is not a product that is in some of the official pharmacopoeias; he/she decided then to carry out some changes in the mobile phase and the column, keeping in mind the conditions proposed by the forum of the Pharmacopeia USP 28 with which it culminated the validation of the product satisfactorily.
The validation was carried out according to category I and the parameters of specificity, linearity, precision, intermediate precision, accuracy, stability and detection and quantification limit were evaluated. According with the obtained results it is concluded that the methodology fulfills all the evaluated parameters.
