DISEÑO DEL SISTEMA DE CONTROL DEL PROCESO DE SECADO DE PASTAS ALIMENTICIAS

Resumen: La demanda de productos alimenticios se ha incrementado en los últimos años, lo que representa para la microempresa colombiana dedicada a la producción y comercialización de pastas alimenticias la exigencia de nuevos métodos en los procesos de elaboración y secado de los alimentos que permitan garantizar la calidad, reducción del tiempo de secado, homogeneidad de los productos y el buen nombre del establecimiento.
Con el desarrollo de la tecnología de producción, se intenta diseñar un sistema que controle de forma automática la temperatura y el tiempo de secado, a través de la climatización variable de una zona condicionada para tal efecto;
las primeras experiencias de su aplicación, permitirán el perfeccionamiento del sistema influyendo de forma directa en la calidad y costos de producción.
