SYSTEMS INTEGRATION IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS: STATE OF THE ART AND A NEW PROPOSAL.

INTEGRACIÓN DE SISTEMAS EN AMBIENTES DE PRODUCCIÓN:ESTADO DEL ARTE Y PROPUESTA DE UN ENFOQUE.

Abstrac: The suitable management of a complex system of continuous production implies the optimal handling of useful information; from the regulatory level, where control actions are executed on the physical plant; until the levels of corporative planning where decisions are taken that affect the global performance of the system. This information that affects of direct way the handling of operations of production, it flows throughout the company, considering certain functions outside the direct scope of the production, and that it has to do with the handling of the raw material (acquisition, search of the best suppliers), the market and the clients. Finally, a flow of information or knowledge also exists, that it has to do with the development of new products with the possibility of modifying the production schemes. This work presents/displays a compendium of methodological approaches, which serve as framework for automated systems.

Resumen: La gestión adecuada de un sistema complejo de producción continua implica el manejo óptimo de información útil; desde el nivel regulatorio, donde se ejecutan acciones de control sobre la planta física; hasta los niveles de planificación corporativa donde se toman decisiones que afectan el desempeño global del sistema. Esta información que afecta de manera directa el manejo de operaciones de producción, fluye a lo largo de la empresa, considerando ciertas funciones fuera del ámbito directo de la producción, y que tiene que ver con el manejo de los insumos (adquisición, búsqueda de los mejores proveedores), el mercado y los clientes. Finalmente, existe también un flujo de información o conocimiento, que tiene que ver con el desarrollo de nuevos productos con la posibilidad de modificar los esquemas de producción. Este trabajo presenta un compendio de enfoques metodológicos, que sirven de marco de diseño de sistemas automatizados.
