INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS TRENDS AND ITS INTERACTION WITH INTERNET

TENDENCIA DE LA ELECTRONICA INTEGRADA Y SU INTERACCION CON LA INTERNET

Abstract: The use of the reprogrammable electronic (FPGAs) has allowed not only to diminish the design time of an electronic function, but rather it has also allowed to assign tasks to these devices that are usually executed by high price dedicated devices. This paper deals with some topics of the state of the art of the integrated electronics, as well as some crucial examples of interaction of the reprogrammable electronic with the potentials that offers the Internet and the mobile communications.

Resumen: El uso de la electrónica reprogramable (FPGAs) ha permitido no sólo disminuir el tiempo de diseño de una función electrónica, sino que también ha permitido asignar a estos dispositivos tareas que son normalmente ejecutadas por dispositivos dedicados de elevado precio. En este trabajo se abordan algunos tópicos del estado del arte de la electrónica integrada, así como algunos ejemplos puntuales de interacción de la electrónica reprogramable con los potenciales que ofrece la Internet y las comunicaciones móviles.
