SUPERVISION AND CONTROL SYSTEM BY INTERNET OF AN ELECTRIC ARC WELDING DEVICE

SISTEMA DE SUPERVISION Y CONTROL A TRAVES DE INTERNET DE UN EQUIPO DE SOLDADURA POR ARCO ELECTRICO

Abstract: This system is based on phase control methodology of the firing angle, to control the electric power supply to the load by means of Power SCRs, fire by relaxation oscillators using UJT, coupled with optotriacs and controlled by a microcontroller. This system has a local manual control and a novel and versatile remote supervising and control system via Web through Internet.

Resumen: Este sistema se basa en la metodología de control por fase con ángulo de disparo de la potencia entregada a la carga por medio de SCRs de potencia, disparados por osciladores de relajación UJT, acoplados con optotriacs y controlados por un microcontrolador. Este sistema cuenta con un mando manual local y con un novedoso y versátil sistema de supervisión y control a distancia vía Web a través de Internet.
