DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A MANUFACTURER CELL WITH PLC AND RV-M1 MANIPULATOR COUPLING USING THE DDE PROTOCOL

Abstract: This paper deals with a procedure to couple and to put into operation diverse programmable robots as they are it the FEC 640, the NAIS and the CL200, will be shown in this article. All this working together with a manipulator RV-M1 and with a frequency converter in charge of controlling the speed of transport of each one of the pieces. This integration will be used to set going a small factory cell located in the robotics laboratory of the University of Pamplona where it will simulate the transport, processed, selection and storage of a piece. In addition to this a SCADA system will be in charge not only to control and to supervise the process but also it will be the link that allows integrating the robots.

Resumen: En este trabajo se muestra un procedimiento para acoplar y poner en funcionamiento diversos autómatas programables como lo son el FEC 640, el NAIS y el CL200. Todo esto trabajando en conjunto con un manipulador RV-M1 y con un convertidor de frecuencia encargado de controlar la velocidad de transporte de cada una de las piezas. Esta integración se utilizara para poner en marcha una pequeña celda de manufactura ubicada en el laboratorio de robótica de la Universidad de Pamplona, que simulara el transporte, procesado, selección y almacenamiento de una pieza. Adicional a esto un sistema SCADA será el encargado no sólo de controlar y supervisar el proceso sino también será el puente que permita integrar los autómatas.
