BASIC AND DETAIL ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT FOR THE AUTOMATION OF A BIOGAS GENERATING PILOT PLANT

Abstract: In the present document Basic Engineering is developed and of detail of a generating plant of biogás (Biodigestor), during the investigation the different schemes were generated, narratives (control and security), I calculate and selection of instruments, diagram P&ID and the interface man machine for the automatic control of form. For the development of engineering the suitable instruments of industrial type for the design of the control strategy calculated and quoted, supervision and monitored of the variables of the process, as they are, temperature, pressure, level and pH in the plant biodigestión pilot, using a PLC (PLC) and a control of supervision and data acquisition (SCADA) to interact with the process. Therefore, one looks for to optimize the process allowing the evaluation of the production of biogas and degrees of fermentation to define the capacities of real storage for the construction of new plants.

Resumen: En el presente documento se desarrolla la Ingeniería Básica y de Detalle de una planta generadora de biogás (Biodigestor), durante la investigación se generaron los diferentes esquemas, narrativas (control y seguridad), calculo y selección de instrumentos, diagrama P&ID y la interfaz hombre maquina para el control de forma automático. Para el desarrollo de la ingeniería se calcularon y cotizaron los instrumentos de tipo industrial adecuados para el diseño de la estrategia de control, supervisión y monitoreo de las variables del proceso, como son, temperatura, presión, nivel y pH en la planta piloto de biodigestión, utilizando un controlador lógico programable (PLC) y un control de supervisión y adquisición de datos (SCADA) para interactuar con el proceso. Por lo tanto, se busca optimizar el proceso permitiendo la evaluación de la producción de biogás y grados de fermentación para definir las capacidades de almacenamiento reales para la construcción de nuevas plantas.
