NOISE ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SENSORS IN FREQUENCY CONVERTERS WITH VECTOR CONTROL

ANALISIS DEL RUIDO DE LOS SENSORES DE CORRIENTE EN CONVERTIDORES DE FRECUENCIA CON CONTROL VECTORIAL

Abstract: En el presente artículo se hace un análisis del efecto producido por el ruido que introducen las sondas de medida de corriente de los convertidores de frecuencia con estrategia de control vectorial, en la respuesta del motor de inducción. El estudio tiene su fundamento en la caracterización de los sensores de corriente más comunes utilizados en la industria, el modelo matemático del motor de inducción y el modelo del convertidor con estrategia vectorial. La simulación pretende determinar el verdadero efecto que produce este tipo de perturbación en el comportamiento del conjunto Motor-Carga. El modelo del conjunto, incluyendo la señal de ruido, es desarrollado en Matlab® y Simulink®.

Resumen: In the present article there is done an analysis of the effect produced by the noise that there introduce the probes of measure of current of the convertors of frequency with strategy of vector control, in the response of the engine of induction. The study has his foundation in the characterization of the most common sensors of current used in the industry, the mathematical model of the engine of induction and the model of the convertor with vector strategy. The simulation tries to determine the real effect that produces this type of disturbance in the behavior of the joint Engine - load. The model of the set, including the sign of noise, is developed in Matlab® and Simulink®.
