DEVELOPMENT OF THE DETAILED ENGINEERING OF A SYSTEM OF ANAEROBIC BIODIGESTION IN SEPARATE PHASES (ACIDOGENESIS AND METHANOGENESIS)

Abstract: This work focuses on automation, monitoring and control system biodigestión in separate phases. It developed the basic and detail engineering applied to the control variables of the process and its system of local communication within the pilot plant, resulting in the basic engineering phase of the criteria for preliminary designs, EPS diagram of the process, estimating costs, diagram pipes and instruments of the plant and preliminary lists of instruments. In the detailed engineering is interpreted and translated evel calculations, drawings, specifications and lists of materials and equipment, construction specifications, generating Narratives Process, Control and Security, Calculation Instrument Design of structures and processes that supports the Diagrams Loop Control.

Resumen: Este trabajo está enfocado hacia la automatización, supervisión y control de un sistema de biodigestión en fases separadas. Se desarrolló la ingeniería básica y de detalles aplicados a las variables de control del proceso y su sistema de comunicación local dentro de la planta piloto, logrando en la fase de ingeniería básica los criterios de diseños preliminares, diagrama EPS del proceso, estimación de costos, diagrama de tubería e Instrumentos de la planta y listados preliminares de instrumentos. En la ingeniería de detalle se interpreta y traduce a nivel de cálculos, planos, especificaciones y listas demateriales y equipos, especificaciones de construcción, generando narrativas de proceso, control y seguridad, cálculo de instrumentos, diseño de las estructuras que soportaran los procesos y diagramas de lazo de control.
