PICK OF THE TEST OF VARIABLES AND PROCESS SYSTEM BIODIGESTION IN SEPARATE PHASES (ACIDOGENESIS AND METHANOGENESIS)

Abstract: The control of biochemical processes in which the degradation of biomass by the action of microorganisms allows the generation of alternative energy carries with it the importance of selecting proper instrumentation to provide an optimum monitoring and control of the process variables, taking into account the above In this paper describes the selection criteria for implementation of a process of anaerobic biodigestión in separate phases in which they monitor and control variables such as pressure, temperature, pH level, agitation, determining factors in stages in the acidic and methanogenic degradation of the material and production of biogas.

Resumen: El control de procesos bioquímicos en donde la degradación de la biomasa por la acción de microorganismos permite la generación de energías alternativas lleva consigo la importancia de seleccionar adecuadamente la instrumentación que proporcione un óptimo monitoreo y control de las variables del proceso; teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, en este trabajo se describe los criterios de selección de instrumentación de un proceso de biodigestión anaerobia en fases separadas en el que se supervisarán y controlarán variables como presión, temperatura, pH, nivel, agitación, factores determinantes en las fases acidogénica y metanogénica en la degradación de la materia y producción de biogás.
