FUZZY SYSTEM TO EVALUATE WORK FOR GRADUATION

Abstract: In order to withstand the process of job evaluation grade in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Systems at the University of Pamplona, Colombia, developed a computational system based on fuzzy logic. In this system, the final score of a draft grade is the result of three linguistic input variables: incomplete, approved and excellent. This system uses fuzzy methods showed support and standardize the process of subjective evaluation, being fast, robust and fair, confirming the application of fuzzy theory in the assessment area.

Resumen: Con el objetivo de soportar el proceso de evaluación de trabajos de grado en el Departamento de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones y Sistemas de la Universidad de Pamplona, Colombia, se desarrolla un sistema computacional basado en lógica difusa. En este sistema, la calificación final de un proyecto de grado es resultado de tres variables de entrada lingüísticas: incompleto, aprobado y excelente. Este sistema derivado de los métodos difusos demostró soportar y estandarizar el proceso de evaluación subjetiva, siendo rápido, robusto y justo; confirmando la aplicación de la teoría difusa en el área de evaluación.
