SIMULATION OF FAILURE BREAK OF STEAM GENERATOR TUBES OF THERMOELECTRIC TERMOTASAJERO COLGENER USING PETRI NETS

SIMULACION DE FALLA EN ROTURA DE TUBO DEL GENERADOR DE VAPOR DE LA TERMOELECTRICA TERMOTASAJERO COLGENER USANDO REDES DE PETRI

Abstract: The problem of failure to break into the superheater tube water tube boilers remains an important factor in unavailability, causing decreases in load and in the most critical case, a fa ilure to produce an unscheduled stoppage of the unit. This particular case study reports on the deteriorating chimney sweep nozzle temperature due to fatigue or creep; dimensional analysis carried out confirmed the cause of deterioration. In the simulation of the fault has a fault diagnosis scheme, applied to the steam generator, modeling techniques based on dynamic systems through Petri nets framework that take into account the normal operating parameters and existing alarm Thermoelectric Power Plant boiler of Termotasajero Colgener.

Resumen: La problemática de falla en rotura de tubo en el sobrecalentador de calderas acuotubulares continúa siendo un factor importante de indisponibilidad, ocasionando decrementos de carga y, en el caso más crítico, una fa lla que produzca un paro no programado de la unidad. El presente estudio reporta un caso particular sobre el deterioro de la boquilla del deshollinador debido a fatiga por temperatura o Creep; los análisis dimensionales realizados confirmaron la causa de deterioro. En la simulación de la falla se presenta un esquema de diagnóstico de fallas, aplicado al generador de vapor, basado en técnicas de modelado de sistemas dinámicos mediante redes de Petri marcadas donde se tendrán en cuenta los parámetros de operación normal y de alarma existentes de la caldera de la Central Termoeléctrica de Termotasajero Colgener.
