EVALUATION OF THE CURRICULAR ASPECTS OF COMPUTER SYSTEM ENGINEERING PROGRAM.

EVALUACIÓN DE LOS ASPECTOS CURRICULARES DEL PROGRAMA INGENIERÍA DE SISTEMAS.

Abstract: The Computer Systems Engineering program of the University of “Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña” in order to obtaining the registration qualified presented a document of minimum Conditions of Quality where the different most minimum standards are established required by the National council of Accreditation. One of the standards expressed in this document analyzes the basic curriculum aspects, which are conformed by; areas of formation, axes of formation, contents of the courses, competences and lines of investigation. The work here presented intends to do a semiannual review of these curriculum aspects, showing the evaluation of the different groups as are students, professors, graduates and educational administrative that belong to the Systems Engineering studies plan. A system of information was created that allows to register the results of the evaluations by the different groups, additionally they are analyzed through a system of takes of decisions to launch a diagnostic of the current situation of these aspects and to give alternatives of solution to the possible problems found.

Resumen: El programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña con el fin de obtener el registro calificado presentó un documento de Condiciones mínimas de Calidad donde se establecen los diferentes estándares mínimos exigidos por el Consejo Nacional de Acreditación. Uno de los estándares plasmados en este documento analiza los aspectos curriculares básicos, los cuales están conformados por; áreas de formación, ejes de formación, contenidos de los cursos, competencias y líneas de investigación. El trabajo aquí presentado pretende hacer una revisión semestral de estos aspectos curriculares, mostrando la evaluación de los diferentes estamentos como son estudiantes, docentes, egresados y docentes administrativos que pertenecen al plan de estudios de Ingeniería de Sistemas. Se creó un sistema de información que permite registrar los resultados de las evaluaciones hechas por los diferentes estamentos, adicionalmente se analizan a través de un sistema de toma de decisiones para lanzar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de estos aspectos y dar alternativas de solución a los posibles problemas encontrados.
