SUPERVISORY CONTROL SYSTEM BASED INTOUCH-FUZZYTECH FOR STORAGE ROOMS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Abstract: This paper presents the use of fuzzy logic controller for the process of preservation of agricultural products and the implementation of a temperature and relative humidity monitoring and control to improve and prolong the life cycle of perishable agricultural products. The work is based on controller design and implementation of a computational tool (FuzzyTech), capturing the data using a programmable logic controller and real-time monitoring of system variables in a man-machine interface (InTouch - Wonderware).

Resumen: Este artículo presenta la utilización de la lógica difusa como sistema de control en el proceso de conservación de productos agrícolas y la realización de un sistema de monitoreo y control de temperatura y humedad relativa para mejorar y prolongar el ciclo de vida de los productos agrícola perecederos. El trabajo se basa en el diseño del controlador y la implementación sobre una herramienta computacional (FuzzyTech), capturando los datos mediante un autómata programable y monitoreando en tiempo real las variables del sistema en una interfaz hombre máquina (InTouch-Wonderware).
