FUNDAMENTAL TASKS IN AUGMENTED REALITY, A NOVEL APROACH

Abstract: Augmented reality technology is a great development and wide application.
This paper presents a novel approach to the tasks performed by an augmented reality
system, taking the user participation in the development of AR. A very important aspect
is the creation and assessment of intuitive interaction techniques that allow the user a
communication with the system. The tangible user interfaces (Tangible User Interface)
emerge as one of the metaphors of wide acceptance in the interaction with AR systems.

Resumen: La realidad aumentada es una tecnología de gran desarrollo y amplia
aplicación. En este trabajo se presenta un novedoso enfoque de las tareas que debe
realizar un sistema de realidad aumentada, teniendo en cuenta la participación del usuario
en el desarrollo del sistema RA. Un aspecto de gran importancia es la creación y
evaluación de técnicas de interacción intuitivas que le permitan al usuario una
comunicación fluida con el sistema. Las interfaces de usuario tangibles (Tangible User
Interface - TUI) se perfilan como una de las metáforas de amplia aceptación dentro de la
interacción con sistemas de RA.
