TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IN AN AUTOMATIC WITH ORTHOGONAL MOVEMENT. A PROPOSAL FOR A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE CINEMATIC BEHAVIOR

INTEGRACIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS EN UN AUTOMATISMO CON MOVIMIENTOS ORTOGONALES. UNA PROPUESTA PARA ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE SU COMPORTAMIENTO CINEMÁTICO

Abstract: This paper presents a first phase of development of a didactic device of
orthogonal movements. Usingthe latest technology in components to generate and control
movements in three axes, required to simulate an industrial Flexible Cell. The second
phase will involve proposing and developing the comparison of the dynamic behavior of
two technologies (stepper motor and servo) used. It is built a Cartesian mechanism
represents an industrial process for handling and storage technology applied to different
movement soft lifting and transporting loads.

Resumen: Este trabajo presenta una primera fase del desarrollo de un automatismo
didácticode movimientos ortogonales, con utilización de dispositivos tecnológicamente
vigentes, para controlar movimientos en tres ejes, requeridos para simular una línea
flexible de procesamiento industrial. La segunda fase implicará plantear y realizar los
comparativos del comportamiento dinámico de dos tecnologías (motor paso a paso y
servomotor) utilizadas. Se construyó un mecanismo cartesiano que representa un proceso
industrial de movilización y almacenamiento, con diferente tecnología aplicada a los
movimientos de levante y traslado de cargas.
