DEVELOPMENT OF A REMOTE ACCESS MICROCONTROLLERS LABORATORY

Abstract: This papers shows the process of design and implementing of a trainer module
for Microchip PIC® microcontrollers, which consists a number of common peripherals
such as keyboard, LCD screen, LEDs, among others, taking advantage of testing
hardware remotely, through a user interface developed in Labview 8.6®, wich allows user
does not have the need to be physically next to the module.

Resumen: El presente artículo muestra el proceso de diseño e implementación de un
módulo entrenador para microcontroladores PIC® de Microchip, el cual consta de una
serie de periféricos de uso común en esta área tales como teclado, pantalla LCD, diodos
LED, entre otros, teniendo como ventaja la posibilidad de realizar pruebas en hardware
de forma remota, a través de una interfaz de usuario desarrollada en LABVIEW 8.6®, lo
que permite que el usuario no tenga la necesidad de estar físicamente junto al módulo.
